$150 is due at lease signing. This amount will be refunded when the leasing period ends, as long as all lease terms are met. 

There is a 6 month lease term, and renter must give 30 days notice to vacate or renew. 

You must be an entity and be registered in good standing with the state. 

A $1,000,000.00 insurance policy is required.

An inspection must be done by the Board of Health, and the Fire Marshall,  City Utilities and Building Dept must sign off.

Rent and storage fees for first month must be paid. 

You will also receive copies of the rules and safety practices which must be signed.

You will need a valid Serve Safe Certificate.

You will need a business account in a local bank.

You are not required to have set hours. Reserve the hours you want and pay at least 48 hours before. Hours cannot change unless approved. Switching hours with other renters is prohibited. If you are using the event space and being paid for your time, you must pay for use of the kitchen. If you are using the event space for a family party or fundraiser, then you may use the kitchen at a reduced fee or for free, which will be decided by owner.

Yes A and J Kitchen is licensed as a Commissary. The fee for listing the kitchen on your permit is $80 a month. Any prep, cooking or dishwashing is extra.
